Zile frumoase de toamna tarzie...

Dupa un septembrie foarte cald, primele zile din octombrie au fost foarte reci cu 8-10 grade in Bucuresti. Dupa acest soc, vremea s-a mai imblanzit. Pana acum cateva zile, copacii nu prea voiau sa-si scuture  frunzele....Se pare ca avem parte de o toamna blanda si tarzie...
Am facut cateva poze din balconul meu, ca sa-mi amintesc.

After September very hot first days of October were very cold by 8-10 degrees in Bucharest. After this shock, the weather was more heated. Until a few days ago, the trees do not really want to shake the leaves .... It seems that we have a mild autumn and late ...

Ceva pentru mine...

Mi-am facut acest etui sau portfard, sau cum se mai numeste, pentru ca de multe ori, cand am facut astfel de lucruri, le-am daruit. Acum mi-am facut si mie unul!
L-am realizat din fasii de diferite materiale textile, fixate pe un termocolant si cusute apoi pe un material textil cu cusaturi decorative. Cele doua fete sunt diferite, una in dungi verticale, cealalta in patratele...
Imi place tare mult cum a iesit!

I made this wallet or beauty bag, or as it is called. Often I did such things, but I have given them. Now I made one for myself!
I've done it in strips of different fabrics, glued to a interlining then sewn on a cloth with decorative stitching. The two sides are different, one in vertical stripes, the other in squares ...
I like very much as it did!

Acuarele....

A trecut ceva timp de cand am facut aceste background-uri cu acuarela, dar am uitat de ele...
Am incercat cateva tehnici.

1.Pe hartia pictata in acuarela, inca umeda, am presarat niste cristale de sare (NaCl) sa vad efectul lor.... Desi hartia era destul de umeda, efectul cristalelor a fost inexistent, probabil, din cauza pigmentilor acuarelei.

It has been a while since I made these backgrounds with watercolor, but I forgot about them ...
I tried some techniques.
 
1.On paper painted in watercolor, still wet, I sprinkled some salt crystals (NaCl) to see their effect .... Although the paper was quite wet, crystal effect was not found, probably because of watercolor pigments.

2. Am lucrat cu hartie foarte subtire, pe care am sifonat-o inainte de colorare.
Aici am aplicat acuarela pe hartie umeda.

2. Here, I worked with very thin paper, which I crumpled it before the coloring.
Here I applied watercolor on wet paper.

 Dupa uscare arata asa....imi place!
After drying .... I like!

Dupa uscare efectele sunt foarte interesante.

Cu aceste background-uri voi realiza niste colaje.....aici am facut cateva incercari.
